Many people ask how the ATA is able to provide such great children's programmes at such a low cost. The answer is quite simple - the local resorts. Without the help and committement of the local world-class luxurious resorts, it would be difficult to subsidize our programs.
Cuisinart Resort and Spa was the first on Anguilla to believe in the work of the ATA by allowing us the manage their tennis facility. Their support has single-handedly made it possible for us to hire more staff and upgrade the quality for the children. Cuisinart is consistently ranked in the top five of resorts in the Caribbean and according to Trip Advisor is the top ranked resort in Anguilla. Recently, Cuisinart has spent a great deal of resources to fully re-surface and refurbish the entire tennis area and it is absolutely spectacular. Malliouhana Hotel and Spa is one of the most distinguised hotels in the Caribbean. It was the first luxury hotel in Anguilla, an accolade that makes it a pioneer in the region. Malliouhana has supported the ATA since inception by permitting us to use their courts for our summer programme. It was an honour to be asked by their management to manage the tennis compound as Malliouhana's tennis histroy is as rich as the ATA's. The ATA was very proud to name Vallan Hodge as the head pro. Vallan's profile is also on our website. He grew up through the ATA's children;s programmes and progressed in such away that earned him the title.
Temenos Villas is without a doubt one of the most luxurious and exclusive places in all of the Caribbean. The list of names of people who stay there would look more like a Hollywood Red Carpet Party. Comprising of three super luxurious villas, they also have three pristine tennis courts built by Agile Courts, the same company that build the tennis courts at the ATA. The ATA is honoured to manage their tennis facility and will hopefully get the opportunity to manage the new Temenos Resort currently being built.
